Bali is a small resort still making it's name on the map. It has become a tourist resort in the last 10 years, but mainly making it's name in the last 5 years. Before that is was a small fishing village, some villagers still living there.. It is situated in the north coast of Crete, just off the main Highway between Rethymnon and Heraklion. And when we say just off the main Highway, we don't mean that you can hear the road, its far enough away from the road to give you peace and quiet. The resort has everything you could possibly want, water sports, boat trips, 4 beaches, bars, taverna's, restaurants even a diving school. And when we mean bars, we don't mean rowdy drunken bars, we mean intimate relaxing bars, and when we say disco's, we don't mean loud beat thumping disco's, we mean disco's that are family friendly, take your kid's, dance till the kids drop or you do, who ever is first.. Restaurants that are family run, that welcome you back year after year.
